Utilities
If you are doing a major renovation, give some thought to the existing utilities and make provisions for correcting deficiencies. New electrical, water and communication lines can more easily be embedded beneath the track. Utilities can be run in conduit. Extra conduit can be buried for future uses. Things that are inside a track include scoreboards, timing systems, irrigation systems, and communication systems, to name a few.
