Construction Timeframe
Once the track construction contractor is notified to proceed with the work, it will take six to fifteen weeks to complete a renovation project.  Bad weather can add months to these totals.

Weather Requirements
In general, most site work can be accomplished when the ground is dry and temperatures are above 50ºF. The finish course asphalt work is best accomplished when the conditions are dry and temperatures are at least 60ºF. Track surface installations are most successful when conditions are dry and temperatures are at least 60ºF and rising with full sun.
