JOB TITLE:  Marketing/Administrative Specialist

The Marketing/Administrative Specialist will engage in multiple activities that will find and pre-qualify prospects.  Activities will include telemarketing, direct mail, culling both in-house and construction databases, disseminating product information and samples, and coordinating with outside sales staff to respond to expressed customer interest. 

The successful candidate will be articulate, affable, flexible, focused and highly organized. You must be able to organize both your time and a high volume of information.  You must be self-assured, a self starter and convincing on the phone, and cooperative in working with our focused outside salesmen. 

This position will also provide clerical assistance, operational support, and planning primarily to the Company President, General Manager and seasonally to our sales team and Field Operations Manager.

Interface and cooperation with both customers and fellow employees is required. Tasks will vary widely depending upon the time of the year.  If you have the ability to solve problems and get things done as they come at you, this would be a good place for you.

There is no travel expected with this position.  This is a full-time position.  Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. 

Education

Degree in Marketing preferred plus 3-5 years experience in Marketing; Administrative Support and/or Sales Support required. Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Publisher.  Knowledge and use of WordPress a plus.

Salary

Salary is negotiable and will be influenced by both education and experience. 

Vacation

You will receive four weeks paid vacation, of which two weeks must be taken during the company’s winter break which is generally around the Christmas holiday.

Medical Benefits

You are eligible for 100% company-paid medical after a six-month waiting period.

Retirement

Precision Sports Surfaces, Inc. currently has a 100% company-paid SEP-IRA plan.  Employees are eligible after three years and an account is set up for them through Charles Schwab.  For those not familiar with this type of plan, if the company makes a distribution, money is deposited into the employee’s own IRA account. The employee is then free to invest the money in their choice of investments.  These investment choices include publicly-traded stocks, bonds, money market funds, mutual funds and other eligible investments.  The money is not taxed until you withdraw it and there is no vesting period.

JOB TITLE: Site Work Engineer
   
Position Description
The Site Work Engineer will be responsible for completing layout work and overseeing portions of sub-contractor’s work in the field. They will be responsible for completing take-offs for bidding purposes, and providing submittals. They will also interface with owners and architects to develop solutions; handle some jobsite inspections; attend pre-bid meetings and work with staff to continue to develop and refine systems that affect their interface with all facets of their position.  The successful candidate will need to be proficient in Auto Cad; Microsoft Word and Excel.  Ability to multi-task and attention to detail is needed to perform this position successfully.

Civil Engineering Degree or Landscape Architect Degree Required Construction Management Experience highly desired.  Use of surveying equipment is required.

Travel and Workload Expectations

This is a full-time position.  Travel and overnight stays will be required during our busy season.  Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
